食管腺癌单纯手术后生存相关的基因组改变研究
Genomic correlates with survival after treatment of oesophageal adenocarcinoma by surgery alone
导读
对65例接受单纯手术治疗的食管腺癌患者进行451基因面板分析（中位随访超11年），发现CCND1扩增（HR=3.08，p=0.02）、EGFR扩增（HR=2.98，p=0.01）及RYR1错义突变（HR=2.68，p=0.01）与较差生存显著相关。多个关联基因具有潜在靶向价值，支持对食管腺癌开展基因组检测以优化预后分层与治疗决策。
