SAFFRON provides further evidence for 2 key concepts:
1. Continue osimertinib post-progression.
2. Target MET overexpression.
My main concern with this particular approach is patient selection. How many patients have c-MET IHC 3+ >90%?

Presented at #ESMO26: In patients with 𝘌𝘎𝘍𝘙-mutated and MET-altered non–small-cell lung cancer that had progressed during osimertinib therapy, osimertinib plus savolitinib (a MET tyrosine kinase inhibitor) led to longer survival than platinum–pemetrexed.
