ACID-trial：醋酸染色内镜未提高Barrett's食管肿瘤性病变检出率

ACID-trial 在18家荷兰社区医院纳入2267名Barrett's食管监测患者，醋酸染色内镜（AAC）未提高肿瘤性病变检出率。AAC组检出率为7.4%（50/679），无AAC组为7.1%（113/1588），OR 0.97，95% CI 0.65–1.44；可疑病灶检出率分别为14.0%和6.4%（P<0.001），但靶向活检的肿瘤性病变检出率为2.1%和1.8%。
