在无化疗双药方案中（zoci 1.6 mg/kg + atezolizumab，n=33）：
→ 经确认的 ORR 为 81.8%
→ 6 个月 PFS 率为 81.9%
→ mPFS 尚未达到（在随访时间较长的亚组中，中位随访时间为 10 个月）
→ 与 zoci 相关的 ≥3 级 TEAEs 仅占 9.1%；无停药；大多为低级别 AEs
三联方案（+ carboplatin）显示出较高的 ORR（92.3%），但 ≥3 级毒性更多。
当前 SoC（IO + 化疗）通常可实现约 60–70% 的 ORR 和约 5 个月的 mPFS，且毒性更高。zoci + IO 看起来可能成为不含铂金的骨干治疗方案。
Zai Lab 正准备开展 zoci + IO 治疗一线 ES-SCLC 的全球 Phase 3 研究。
