→ Only 9.1% Grade ≥3 TEAEs related to zoci; no discontinuations; mostly low-grade AEs
Triplet (+ carboplatin) showed high ORR (92.3%) but more Grade ≥3 toxicity.
Current SoC (IO + chemo) typically delivers ~60-70% ORR and ~5-month mPFS with higher toxicity. Zoci + IO looks like a potential platinum-free backbone.
