🚨 在 #ESMO26 公布的 VOLGA 试验 3 期阳性结果
VOLGA 试验评估了围手术期 durvalumab (D) ± tremelimumab (T) 联合新辅助 enfortumab vedotin (EV) 用于不适合或拒绝接受顺铂、且计划接受根治性膀胱切除术的肌层浸润性膀胱癌 (MIBC) 患者。
两项主要 EFS 终点均已达到：
🔹 D + EV 与对照组相比：HR 0.51；24 个月 EFS 为 64% vs 45%
🔹 D + T + EV 与对照组相比：HR 0.61；24 个月 EFS 为 60% vs 45%
重要的是，D + EV 还显著改善了 OS，HR 为 0.58，24 个月 OS 率为 78% vs 69%。
D + EV 组的病理完全缓解率为 45%，对照组为 10%。
本次中期分析中，D + T + EV 组尚未达到 OS 显著性标准；随访仍在进行中。
