#ESMO26 | DESTINY-Breast11 MRI Analysis At cycle 4, ORR was 77.3% in the T-DXd→THP arm vs 50.8% in the ddAC→THP arm. Among patients who achieved CR, PR, or no objective response on MRI after 4 cycles of T-DXd, pCR was achieved in 90%, 67%, and 54%, respectively, after completion of THP. These data show that early MRI response does not reliably predict pCR. Serial MRI response data from the T-DXd monotherapy arm are not included in the abstract. I hope they will be presented during the session. These data will be important for individualizing the duration of neoadjuvant treatment based on response.
