在新辅助 HER2+ 乳腺癌中，在紫杉类药物加双重 HER2 阻断的基础上加用卡铂，能否提高 pCR？
我们的荟萃分析纳入了 8 项研究，共涉及 2,529 名患者（其中 2 项为前瞻性研究）。
TCHP 组的 pCR 为 62.2%，THP 组为 61.7%（OR 1.15；95% CI 0.82–1.60；p=0.42）。
无论按 HR 状态、淋巴结状态还是临床分期划分，均未观察到显著获益。
所有 HER2+ 早期乳腺癌患者真的都需要卡铂吗？
尽管研究间存在异质性，且证据以回顾性研究为主，限制了明确结论的得出，但我们的结果对常规加用卡铂提出了挑战，并支持采取更加个体化的治疗方案。
