ER+/HER2− metastatic breast cancer after CDK4/6i + AI:
Ipatasertib + fulvestrant vs placebo + fulvestrant
OS: 26.68 vs 25.76 months
HR 0.97; P=0.83
AKT-altered subgroup OS also not significant.
