▪️OS: 11.3 vs 10.3 mo, HR 0.93, 95% CI 0.80-1.08 (<1.25)
▪️PFS: 3.9 vs 3.9 mo, HR 0.93, 95% CI 0.81-1.06
▪️Safety
- ≥G3 neutropenia: 13% vs 39%
- FN: 1% vs 5%
- ≥G2 anorexia: 15% vs 26%
👉Biweekly FTD/TPI + bev showed non-inferior OS with less toxicities!
