汉族荨麻疹来源PRS四分位越高，慢性自发性荨麻疹（CSU）易感性越高（尤其Q4），高分位也与高级系统性治疗使用相关（4,550例），存在性别分层差异。该回顾性研究纳入4,676例CSU患者与18,704例匹配对照，评估五种PRS模型，基于Lassosum的PRS曲线下面积最高。
