#ESMO26: PROFIT real-world study of Ra-223 sequencing in mCRPC in Spain (n=224)

🔹 59% received Ra-223 within first 2 mPC lines; 41% in ≥3L
🔹 Earlier Ra-223 associated with longer OS: 12.4 vs 9.3 mo (p=0.024)
🔹 ≥5 injections strongly associated with longer OS: 14.1 vs 7.1 mo (p<0.001)
🔹 62.5% completed 5–6 injections
🔹 48.7% received subsequent mCRPC therapy; most commonly cabazitaxel or docetaxel
🔑 Earlier integration and treatment continuity with Ra-223 were associated with improved survival in routine practice.
