Kelun's OptiTROP-Lung06 hit its primary endpoint, and the data got an ESMO oral presentation while being simultaneously published in the New England Journal of Medicine. That 15.0 vs. 5.7 months PFS number covers PD-L1-negative first line, and sac-TMT also cut progression or death risk by 51% versus chemotherapy in EGFR-mutated NSCLC after EGFR-TKI resistance. Kelun has said the drug is being investigated in 10 registrational lung cancer studies, including five trials in China. One workhorse ADC covering PD-L1-negative first line plus the post-EGFR-TKI setting is a wide franchise.
