@A_May_MD @deathtouch2k Agreed — but the H2H isn't vaccine vs neoadjuvant, it's neoadjuvant ± vaccine. The product is built from the resected tumor, so it sits on top of whatever came before surgery. And for IIB/C and microscopic III (most of the ITT), adjuvant pembro IS the free SoC. #ESMO26
