#ESMO26 | Anbenitamab – Phase III

In first-line HER2+ mBC, anbenitamab (a HER2 bispecific antibody) + nab-paclitaxel was compared with THP.

- PFS: Not reached vs 14.3 months (HR 0.46)
- ORR: 87.6% vs 73.4%
- OS: Still immature.

An impressive PFS benefit! However, the use of different chemotherapy regimens in the two arms makes it difficult to determine the independent contribution of anbenitamab.
