#ESMO26 RAMPART: What do detailed PROs show with adjuvant durvalumab vs active monitoring after RCC resection?

PRO analysis, n=218 (Durvalumab: 87; Active monitoring: 131)

🚨 Primary QoL endpoint at Mo 15 showed no difference between arms—but domain-level analyses told a different story.

At Week 16, durvalumab worsened:
🔹 OHQL: –7.4
🔹 Role function: –7.1
🔹 Cognitive function: –5.3
🔹 Fatigue: +5.5
🔹 Appetite loss: +5.8

At Mo 15:
🔹 Cognitive function remained worse: –7.1
🔹 Appetite loss: +7.4
🔹 Dyspnea: +7.5
🔹 Constipation: +12.2

🔑 A global QoL endpoint may miss clinically meaningful treatment effects across individual domains—some occurring during therapy, some persisting, and others emerging later.
