Circulating — confirm at PS I (Long). Solid so far: 24-mo RFS 82.2% vs 70.0%, HR 0.58 (0.45–0.75). Absolute +12.2 pp · NNT ≈8 if rates hold. DMFS 88.5% vs 80.2%, HR 0.62. Grade ≥3 AE 23.6% vs 20.3%. Piecewise signal from early release: curves flat ~first 6 months, then HR ~0.42 after immunization. OS immature — that remains the practice-changing ask.
