KC-WISE 在 #ESMO26 更新了 OS。双盲 III 期研究，针对曲妥珠单抗进展后的 HER2+ GC/GEJC：安贝尼单抗（双特异性 HER2 双特异性抗体）+ 化疗 vs 安慰剂 + 化疗。
• ORR 56% 对 14%
• mPFS 7.1 对 2.7 个月
• mOS 19.6 对 9.7 个月，HR
二线中位 OS 接近 20 个月。对照组为单药化疗，门槛不高。但 OS 翻倍，难以反驳。
要点：曲妥珠单抗后 HER2 仍是靶点。序贯 HER2 阻断有效。
目前无法回答的问题：HERIZON 刚将 zanidatamab 推至一线。患者若在一线接受双特异性抗体，二线再用另一款双特异性是否仍有效？还是该位置由 T-DXd 占据？
此外，应指出 20 个月明显低于 HERIZON 观察到的 26-27 个月。
