研究人员开发了一种液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）方法，用于测定抗癫痫药物布瓦西坦中残留的腈水解酶。该方法检测限达0.17 μg/g，在2000 μg/g的布瓦西坦样品中测得残留酶水平始终低于85 μg/g，符合质量控制要求。此方法可作为腈水解酶相关药品质量控制的通用分析策略。
