Many centres already omit TLND with local, non evidence-based strategies outside PRADO.
Two trials will give the answer:
➡️ OMIT (NL): nivo+ipi, ILN MPR → omit TLND
➡️ MSLT-3: randomised ILN-only vs TLND, response-adapted, n≈1,574
