ORR: 58.4% vs 32.3% DOR: 11.9 vs 6.9 mo Serious TRAEs: 7.8% vs 15.2% TRAEs leading to discontinuation: 4.8% vs 11.7% Caveats: few adagrasib-treated patients, untreated brain metastases excluded, limited follow-up. Divarasib remains investigational.
