#ESMO2026: Biokin (SystImmune) ’s Iza-bren + Osimertinib Delivers 100% ORR in 2.5 mg/kg Cohort of 1L EGFR-Mutated NSCLC (2575P) Among 40 patients receiving iza-bren at 2.5 mg/kg plus osimertinib: - ORR: 100%; cORR: 97.5% - mDOR: Not reached - mPFS: Not reached; 18-month PFS rate: 92.2%; 24-month PFS rate: Not yet reached - Median duration of iza-bren treatment: 20.3 months (range, 7.5–21.5) The latest update also reported a 24-month OS rate of 86.6% in the overall study population.
