However, pCR was only 1.4%, with MPR of 11%.
Substantial immune activation, but limited pathological response. The 4-week treatment window is too short to draw conclusions about longer-term monotherapy efficacy.

A single dose of immunotherapy induced substantial immune activation, but pathological response was very limited. The main value of this study lies in identifying potential biomarkers of immunotherapy sensitivity rather than demonstrating the efficacy of a chemo-free approach.
