@hoperugo @myESMO @OncoAlert What stands out to me is the move from single-pathway targeting to rational combinations, CDK4/6 with PI3K or AKT inhibition guided by ctDNA. Sequencing by clonal dynamics rather than line of therapy is where HR+ disease is heading #ESMO2026
