4 年时：
🔹 MFS：95% vs 88%（HR 0.42）
🔹 PSA-PFS：91% vs 83%（HR 0.47）
🔹 PCSS：99% vs 99%（HR 0.58）
🔹 OS：97% vs 95%（HR 0.88）
darolutamide 组 ≥3 级不良事件发生率为 43%，安慰剂组为 36%。
随访仍在继续，以评估包括 OS 在内的长期结局。
