Among PF-08634404-treated patients who were ctDNA-positive at baseline and had paired samples collected on C3D1 (n=126): - ctDNA clearance rate: 61.9% - mPFS with ctDNA clearance: 13.8 months - mPFS without ctDNA clearance: 9.6 months Grade ≥3 adverse events occurred in 53.2% of patients.
