A dual-TKI regimen significantly improved PFS in a randomized phase 3 study: NCT06110663 randomized 314 patients, with IRC-assessed mPFS of 6.2 vs 4.4 months, HR 0.601, P<0.001. CS2009 showed a preliminary ORR/DCR of 81.3%/100% in the evaluable first-line PD-L1 TPS≥50% population.
