🎯 为何这很重要：在既往紫杉烷预治疗的 GEA 中，FOLFIRI + 雷莫芦单抗 可能无法广泛取代 紫杉醇 + 雷莫芦单抗，但当既往紫杉烷暴露、毒性、神经病变或患者特定因素使再次使用紫杉烷吸引力降低时，它仍可提供一个有意义的替代方案。
对我来说，这正是个体化治疗排序比简单宣布赢家更重要的地方。
