Compared with sotorasib/adagrasib, divarasib reduced the hazard of death by 44% (HR 0.56), extending median overall survival from 12.0 to 17.7 months.

The hazard of progression or death decreased by 42% (HR 0.58), with median progression-free survival improving from 5.7 to 9.8 months.

Objective responses increased from 32% to 58%, while grade ≥3 treatment-related adverse events decreased from 35% to 25%.
