DB09では、T-DXd+pertuzumabに内分泌療法の維持療法をした方が13%程度いました。一部は、T-DXd+pertuzumab+内分泌療法だったのかもしれません。
でも、この内分泌療法の上乗せ効果は、前向き試験では示されていません。
今のところは患者さんにお勧めはし難い気持ち。
