Integrating novel network pharmacology and experimental validation to study the mechanism of Wutou decoction against rheumatoid arthritis
导读
乌头汤（WTD）通过多组分多靶点作用治疗类风湿关节炎（RA），其活性成分苯甲酸、槲皮素、芹菜素和癸酸通过抑制 PI3K/ATK 和 MAPK 通路减轻巨噬细胞炎症反应。研究构建了包含 440 个活性成分与 2638 个靶点的组分-靶点-病理网络，识别出 114 个核心功能组分群。体内实验证实 WTD 可缓解 RA 诱导的关节炎和骨破坏。
