Not all HRR mutations on liquid biopsy are tumour-derived in #prostateCancer
At #ESMO26, 56% of patients with detected HRR mutations had predicted CH-only alterations. These patients appeared to derive little benefit from PARPi monotherapy @EAntonarakis @OncoAlert
