#ESMO26 | HERIZON-GEA-01 – Updated OS Her2 positive gastric/ge cancer At 35.3 months of follow-up, zanidatamab + CT now shows a significant OS benefit over trastuzumab + CT: 22.9 vs 19.6 months (HR 0.76; p=0.0088). With the addition of tislelizumab, median OS increased to 27 months, but the additional benefit was statistically borderline (HR 0.81; p=0.0502). Considering toxicity, we need to carefully analyze which patients should receive the triplet regimen.
