En el análisis interino de DASL-HiCaP (fase III; n=1106), añadir darolutamida a TDA + radioterapia mejoró la supervivencia libre de metástasis (SLM) frente a placebo + TDA + radioterapia en cáncer de próstata de muy alto riesgo.
El estudio incluyó RT definitiva o de rescate tras prostatectomía.
⏰ Mediana de seguimiento: 3.8 años
⏳ SLM a 4 años: 95% vs 88%
HR 0.42 (IC 95%: 0.27–0.66; p=0.0001).
Evaluada mediante imagen convencional.
📈 Supervivencia libre de progresión del APE a 4 años: 91% vs 83%
HR 0.47 (IC 95%: 0.33–0.67).
📊 SG a 4 años: 97% vs 95%
HR 0.88 (IC 95%: 0.49–1.59).
Sin beneficio estadísticamente significativo en este análisis.
