➡️ cTF ≥1% 时 PFS HR 0.52 (0.39–0.70)；cTF <1% 时 PFS HR 0.61 (0.40–0.94)
➡️ ESR1 突变：PFS HR 0.58 (D538) 和 0.35 (Y537)
➡️ TP53 突变 PFS HR 0.65 (0.45–0.93)；PIK3CA 突变 0.55 (0.36–0.83)
✅ 无论 cTF 状态如何，Giredestrant + Everolimus 均保持更大的 PFS 获益，且在所有 ESR1 变体和预后不良亚组中均显示获益。 #BreastCancer
