#ESMO26 | PREDICT-HER – II期
HER2-PET是在单次活检之外评估靶点异质性的一种有前景的方法。在HER2-low/zero患者中，PET阳性组与PET阴性组的mPFS分别为11.9个月和4.8个月；校正病理HER2状态后，PET状态仍与PFS独立相关。
然而，PET阴性HER2-low/zero患者中100%的NPV仅基于10例患者（95% CI为69–100%）。未见客观缓解并不一定意味着没有临床获益或存在原发耐药。
另一个关键点是：只要有一个病灶呈阳性，患者就会被归类为PET阳性。PET阴性疾病负荷所占的比例可能更具信息价值。
这是一种有助于优化患者筛选的有价值的方法，但目前证据尚不足以根据PET阴性结果而暂缓使用T-DXd。
