对 2009–2019 年间 40 份瑞典 TLV 肿瘤药物 HTA 报告进行回顾，使用平均 54.2 个月的更长随访 OS 数据重新外推后，TLV 与厂家假设下的外推 OS 曲线 AUC 分别平均上升 8.8%（95% CI 5.2%–12.6%）和 10.9%（95% CI 6.9%–15.1%），约三分之一案例增幅超过 10%。
