@MeDucationai @OncoAlert Exactly. The real question is whether TQB2102 can offer a better efficacy–safety profile than T-DXd, beyond its PFS benefit over chemotherapy.

@Dr_Oncologista @OncoAlert Strong PFS, and the key context is the comparator: chemo in a chemo-naive HER2-low population, the same setting where DESTINY-Breast06 already moved T-DXd ahead of chemo, so the open question is how TQB2102 compares head to head.
