Phase 1b/2 ZL-1310 (DLL3 ADC) in pretreated NECs presented by @rohit_thum at #AACR26 : ORR 38.2% (13/34), responses across multiple primaries.TEAEs in 97.8%, G3+ ~30% (mostly GI/heme).

DLL3 H-score not clearly predictive!! Encouraging results especially with some durable responses. That no responses were observed in those with prior irinotecan exposure makes sense due to the topoisomerase I inh PL.

Glad to see that the DLL3 space is rapidly expanding and will likely evolve to allow effective sequencing of multiple DLL3-targeting therapies. ? BiTE followed by ADC?
