在124例 ER+/HER2− mBC 患者中，病灶均呈 FES 阳性的患者总生存期（OS）长于病灶部分或完全呈 FES 阴性的患者：69.6个月 vs 42.5个月（后一组 HR 为1.87；95% CI 1.16–3.01）。PFS 差异无统计学意义：18.1个月 vs 12个月；p=0.162。
超越单次活检评估 ER 异质性具有价值。然而，这些结果主要提供预后信息；尚不能证明基于 FES-PET 停用 ET 或强化治疗能够改善结局。使用当代 ET + CDK4/6 方案进行验证十分重要。
