En TALENT (fase II; n=132), los esquemas neoadyuvantes con trastuzumab deruxtecán (T-DXd) mostraron bajas tasas de RPC en CM temprano RH+/HER2-low.
🎯 RPC (RCB 0) en pacientes evaluables:
• T-DXd: 7% (3/42)
• T-DXd + anastrozol: 3% (1/29)
• T-DXd → docetaxel/ciclofosfamida: 9% (5/55)
🔬 RCB 0/I: 16%, 17% y 17%, respectivamente.
⚠️ EA grado ≥3: 13–28%, según el esquema. Se reportaron 3 casos de EPI, todos de grado 2.
