Perioperative pembrolizumab + neoadjuvant cisgem vs neoadjuvant cisgem+ perioperative placebo.
📈 Higher pCR: 44.4% vs 35.8%
❌ EFS: HR 0.88 (95% CI 0.71–1.10); not significant
⚠️ OS: HR 1.00 (95% CI 0.79–1.27)
