@BianchiniGP @antgiorda Kudos to the team. 9.4 vs 6.6 months median PFS post-CDK4/6i deserves attention, though investigator-assessed endpoints in a Phase II warrant caution. I would hold on implications until the Phase III. Look forward to FOURLIGHT-3. #ESMO26
