@OncoAlert @myESMO The benefit came with substantial grade 3 or higher toxicity (85.3%) and frequent dose reductions (64.7%). OS remains immature. A strong efficacy signal, but tolerability, long-term outcomes, and optimal sequencing remain key considerations.
