本研究建立并验证了 vonoprazan fumarate 口崩片的 RP-HPLC 定量分析方法。该方法采用 C8 色谱柱（4.6×150 mm，5 µm）与 254 nm UV 检测，按 ICH 指南完成线性、精密度等参数验证，主峰保留时间 2.6 min，方法重现性在 ±2% 以内。强制降解研究显示该药在碱性条件下易降解，酸性介质中较稳定，氧化、光照和热降解程度较低。
