VOLGA（LBA2，#ESMO26）：顺铂不适用/拒绝使用顺铂的 MIBC — 新辅助 enfortumab vedotin + 围手术期 durvalumab 对比对照组。
目前流传的数据（EV+durva 组）：2 年 EFS 为 64% vs 45%（HR 0.51）；2 年 OS 为 78% vs 69%（HR 0.58）；pCR ~45% vs ~10%。
Tremelimumab 组：EFS HR ~0.61，中期分析时 OS 无统计学显著性。绝对率尚未核实——待 PS I 时确认（Powles）。
