Iza-bren (EGFRxHER3-ADC) significantly improved PFS vs chemotherapy in pretreated HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer (8.2 vs 4.0 months; HR 0.41). ORR doubled (40.5% vs 20.2%), with manageable safety (ILD 1.1%). OS remains immature.
