研究采用液相色谱-高分辨质谱法比较了合成与重组DNA来源的特立帕肽参比物质中的结构相关杂质谱。化学合成材料中特异性检出6种氨基酸缺失杂质，所有材料均存在1种异构体和3种氧化杂质，其中8种杂质为新表征。该杂质谱特征表明特立帕肽生产需进行合成来源特异性的杂质监控。
