🔹 Efficacy: EV+P improved EFS (HR 0.53) and OS (HR 0.65) vs neoadjuvant gemcitabine/cisplatin.
🔹 Global QoL at postsurgery week 42: −1.58 vs −2.43 points, with no meaningful between-group difference.
🔹 Physical function: −5.42 vs −6.28 points; role function: −9.56 vs −9.35 points.
🔹 Sexual function: The largest and most persistent deterioration (−15.13 vs −14.82 points), regardless of treatment.
