7. COCOON: Supportive care & Dermatologic management for Amivantamab + Laz in NSCLC: - Derm prophylaxis cuts Gr≥2 derm AEs ~75% to 42%. - SubCutaneous Ami + simplified regimen: Gr≥2 by wk12 39% to 18% w/ Laz lead-in. - ⬇️ discontinuations and improve tolerability. 9/10
